While Phase One deepens your understanding of the self, Phase Two helps you embody and integrate that growth. The two phases work together in a dynamic, ongoing process.
Phase One: Emotional & Inner Healing
This phase is for you if you feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from yourself. Through trauma-informed support, we begin reconnecting with your emotional world and building safety within.
What We Might Explore:
Emotional Awareness & Expression: Learn to recognize and regulate your emotions with compassion.
Inner Child Work: Reconnect with the younger parts of you that still carry unmet needs and pain or outdated beliefs
Shadow Work: Gently meet and integrate the parts of yourself you’ve rejected, hidden, or feared
Boundary Setting: Create clear, loving limits in your relationships and reclaim your energy
Challenging Thoughts & Beliefs: Explore and reframe limiting thought patterns — including self-doubt, perfectionism, or shame.
Anxiety & Nervous System Support: Understand how anxiety lives in the body and learn practical tools to navigate through it.
Lack of Motivation or Purpose: Identify what's underneath your low energy — often it's not laziness, but overwhelm, fear, or burnout.

Cycle & Symptom Awareness: Understand how your nervous system, hormones, digestion, and stress are interconnected, especially with PCOS, IBS, or burnout.
Lifestyle Alignment: Identify what energizes vs. depletes you. Rebuild routines that match your current season of life.
Spiritual Exploration: Deepen your connection to self, intuition, nature, or a spiritual practice — whatever “soul” means to you.
Somatic Practices: Bring healing into the body through movement, breath, rest, and nervous system regulation techniques.
Sustainable Coping Tools: Build a toolkit that includes both emotional and physical self-care, not just “survival” strategies but life-giving ones.

This phase supports you in integrating phase one into your everyday life through the body, your habits, and the rhythms that sustain you. This phase explores healing beyond the mind and emotions, focusing on how you nurture your body, embrace movement and rest, and connect with a greater sense of purpose.
